Hunt us down in the woods, parks, creeks, beaches, rivers, seas and meadows of Devon
We had a great day with Buglife and the Active Neighbourhoods team at Ernesettle Creek today. Our sensory exploration of the creek, woods and meadows included nibbling on bramble shoots; enjoying the wild chive and stinking iris aroma, seeking shore crabs taking refuge under the rocks, listening to the howling wind and vocal birds and collecting the first spring flowers. Families and young people also made a valiant effort to clean up some of the rubbish. It’s a truly beautiful spot that we are looking forward to exploring and discovering with the local community.
