Marine Academy Plymouth learning about Spring in Kings Tamerton Woods

Children from MAP joined us to explore the woods at this lovely time of year. We learnt about the trees changing in Spring and searched for signs of animals waking from a long hibernation. We found blackthorn blossom, Hawthorn Oak an Sycamore leaves unfurling, and admired the willow catkins swaying in the wind.
