Hunt us down in the woods, parks, creeks, beaches, rivers, seas and meadows of Devon
Alongside Plymouth City Council, we lead Plymouth Outdoor Learning and Education Network (POLEN), which supports Plymouth schools to enable more teachers and children to confidently access learning outside the classroom in the natural environment. To date, we have worked with over 2000 children across the city, and engaged with over 30 schools, and we are really keen to work with more people!
We’ve taken steps towards our goal of engaging with more schools, children, and outdoor education providers as we have reached the second stage in securing funding in the Aviva Community Fund! Now, WE NEED YOUR HELP, as the funding is given on the basis of votes: the more votes you get, the more likely you are to get funding! We would love it if you could vote for POLEN via this link, to get more children, sandy, muddy, happy, and outdoors! Voting closes on 21st November!
Thanks from the EarthJump team!
