Wordy Adventures at Oakwood Primary School

What did you do for Earth Day?  We spent a wonderfully wordy day at Oakwood primary school; exploring some of the many ways to enjoy literacy outdoors! Joined by 150 children from Key Stages 1 and 2, we filled the day with visits to the nearby woods, story cubes, and rhyming scavenger hunts.  We travelled far and wide this Earth day through the pupils’ stories; the furthest we got was in the story of Foxy the Fox who ended on the moon!  A big well done and thank you to Oakwood Primary for their storytelling and listening skills.
